Tackling Burnout. Leading with Purpose.
A focused three-week experience for five women in leadership who are ready to regulate, reconnect with themselves, and create intentional momentum toward what comes next.

"Five women. Three weeks. One intentional decision to begin."
You can be successful and still feel disconnected.
You're functioning. Leading. Producing. Parenting, teaching, managing, creating, caring for others. From the outside, it looks like you have it handled — and in many ways, you do.
But somewhere underneath the competence, something is asking for attention. A quiet depletion. A sense of going through the motions. A feeling of being stretched across everyone else's needs while slowly losing touch with your own.
This isn't a sign that you're broken. It's a sign that you've been carrying a lot — and that the woman behind the leader deserves some intentional space too.
Leadership wears many faces. This is for all of them.
You don't need an executive title. You need to recognize yourself as someone who carries responsibility, influence, or care for other people, decisions, outcomes, or environments.
If that's you — yes, this includes you.
From where you are, toward where you want to be.
Not a promise of perfection — a direction. Three weeks of intentional space can begin to move the needle.
A simple three-part path.
Three weeks can be enough to interrupt a pattern, clarify your direction, and begin building momentum toward meaningful change.
Week 1
Regulate + Reset
Pause long enough to assess what's happening now. Explore burnout, overwhelm, patterns, capacity, and what has been consuming your attention and energy. Identify what needs to change.
Week 2
Reconnect
Reconnect with self. Explore self-concept, self-trust, needs, values, boundaries, and purpose. Ask: Who am I underneath everything I'm responsible for? What do I need? What matters now?
Week 3
Reimagine + Build Momentum
Turn insight into intentional action. Clarify desired change, identify realistic next steps, and create a personal momentum plan. Focus on purpose, self-trust, and sustainable action.
Everything to support your three weeks.

The calendar doesn't have to change before you do.
You don't need to wait for January, a new season, or complete burnout to begin creating change. You can enter the new year with momentum — instead of waiting until January to build it.
Five women. Three weeks. Three private sessions.
One opportunity to intentionally begin.
